Detailed description

Fiesta is a free, Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, published by Ons On Soft in Korea, and hosted by Outspark for the North American English market as well as by gamigo for EU territories (in English, German, French and Spanish languages). Fiesta features an anime style characters rendered in 3D, with limited customizing options.

Currently, there are 4 classes in Fiesta: Archers, Fighters, Mages and Clerics. Archers are a ranged class that use bows and crossbows and excel at doing large damage to a single enemy. They are also the only class that can inflict DoTs (Damage over time), such as poison and bleeding. Fighters are a close-ranged class that use one or two-handed swords or axes to deal damage. A Fighter can equip a one-handed sword and a shield for more defense and a faster attack rate, or wield an axe or two-handed sword for more damage with the axe being the slowest weapon although possessing the most attack and critical of the three weapons available for fighters. Mages are a ranged class that use staffs and wands and excel at doing raw damage with staffs possessing more accuracy and a higher physical attack rate (physical attack rate does not really matter for mages as their damage is based on their magic attack) although with the cost of less magic attack and critical rate than the wand. They are also capable of using strong AoE (Area of Effect) spells, such as Magic Burst or the powerful Inferno and Frost Nova. Mages are the best class in terms of damage per second but also the weakest class in terms of defense. Clerics are a close-ranged class that use maces and hammers. Maces attack faster than hammers and are more accurate although hammers have more attack and a higher critical rate than maces. Clerics are the only class able to heal and resurrect other players. Along with these abilities, clerics also excel in defense, which allows them to be able to tank (known as "clanking"), but not as well as the fighter. The classes have four ranks as of the newest patch which raised the level cap from 89 to 105. Ranks 1 to 3 allow the player to use both types of weapons and all skills accessible for the player`s class. Rank 4 becomes more specialized and branches off into two separate ranks with each rank specializing in one of the two weapons available as well as certain skills for that given rank. The following fourth ranks are: branching from the cleric class: guardians (hammer, shields), holy knights (maces, shields), branching from the archer class: sharpshooter (bows), ranger (crossbows), branching from the fighter class: knight (one handed swords, shields), gladiator (two handed swords, axes), and branching from the mage class: wizard (staffs), warrocks (wands). These promotions are required for a character to advance in both skills and the equipment they are allowed to use.

All character classes have the same basic set of statistics: Strength (STR), Dexterity (DEX), Endurance (END), Intelligence (INT) and Spirit (SPR). STR determines a character`s ability to inflict damage against monsters and other players in PvP (Player vs Player). DEX determines a character`s accuracy as well as their ability to dodge most physical attacks. END determines the defense of a character, block rate, and maximum HP. INT determines a character`s magical offensive potential, whereas SPR affects 3 aspects of any character, including potential to achieve critical hits with regular attacks and skills/techniques, the size of their SP (which is used for all active skills and techniques), and their Magical Defence which provides defence against magical attacks from some monsters and Mages spells. Though each stat receives an increase according to the player`s class (Fighters, for example, receive more STR and END per level up than Mages) with each new level gained, all characters receive one bonus stat point at level one and at each level gained thereafter that may be added to any of the primary stats that the player desires.

There are three kinds of skills in Fiesta. First, active skills, skills that are used in combat. Second, passive skills, which boost specific attributes, such as the evasion potential of an Archer or the Spirit pool of a Cleric. Third, miscellaneous skills that every class can acquire which include mining, mount riding and item crafting skills. An interesting aspect is the Empower Skill ability. This may be used to empower certain facets of any particular active skill, such as reducing its cooldown time or increasing its damage potential.

There are free PvP areas in each of the towns. Characters of all levels can enter these areas and there are no level restrictions to the town`s PvP zones. The battle system is an all out free for all, unless players are in a party. Parties are able to go into the PvP zones. Players may not attack other players in the same guild even if they are not in the same party. Level restricted areas have also been added, and are accessible from various areas within the game through battle guards. However, be aware that everything is allowed in abyss, except KSing and swearing. Kill Points can be obtained by killing other players in the PvP zones. Note: Guild members can attack each other in the free battle zone, but they cannot in any of the abyss`s
