Nearly 400 years ago the Great War ended. The war, which began as a dispute between 2 kingdoms quickly spread and engulfed the entire world. Many lives were lost in the 500 year long war. After the war ended the evil which had fueled it began flowing from the mountains.

Determined to prevent another war the King of Atheron allied himself with the newly formed kingdom of Morach thus using thier powers to seal the evil flowing from the mountains.

It is now 371 years after the mountains were sealed by the descendents of the Mages of Light, a powerful seal only they could break. The story was told and passed down, parts forgotten, others imbellished. It became a legend, no one ever dreamed how true it really was. More importantly, no one ever believed the seal could be broken...

The seal has been broken and Vorislin has built an army. Relations between Atheron and Morach are stressed, and the outlaws of Tevron Dar are taking advantage of a bad situation...
